Little sprouts explore the farm. Exploration walks, snack time, and play near the creek makes for fun mornings of discovery. Kids will tour, taste, create and get dirty! Group size of up to 12 kids and 3 counselors.

Elementary aged kids experience the cultivated and wild space of the farm. Games, tours, tastings, farm tasks, snack time, workshops and crafts, lunch, and playtime by the creek makes for fun and full days of discovery. Kids will play hard and get wet and dirty! Group size of up to 16 kids and 3 counselors.

Ages 10-12, rising 5th-7th graders
We welcome our upper elementary/early middle school aged kids back to the cultivated and wild space of the farm. Games, more involved farm work tasks, workshops, and crafts, and creekside fort building will make for engaging days for our oldest campers. Group size of up to 12 kids and 3 counselors.

The information submitted in this registration is correct, to the best of my knowledge. The child named above is considered physically, mentally, and emotionally fit by me to participated in all camp activities, except for those specified as exclusions above. I am aware that the activities at Farm Kids may be physically challenging and because of the setting, certain natural risks and hazards ay exist. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Welcome Table Farm and the directors, owners, employees, and agents of such party from and against all claims, loss, injury, death or liability resulting from, arising out of, or in any way connected with my child's participation in this program. I will assume those risks and I will assume and pay the medical and emergency expenses in the event of an accident, illness or incapacity, regardless of whether I have authorized such expenses. In the event that I should be unavailable in an emergency, I hereby give permission to transport, hospitalize, and secure proper treatment for my child as named above.

Photo Release Agreement

On behalf of myself, the parent or legal guardian of the child named above, I grant permission to use the photographs and videos taken for any legal use including publicity, print, illustration, advertising, social media, and web content. I understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall be payable to me by reason of such use.
Dis-allow Photo Release
No photographs or videos taken of the child listed above shall be allowed for use in any publicity, print, illustration, advertising, social media, or web content.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations between registration and 14 days of session start date- 100% refundable
Cancellations between 14 and 4 days prior to session start date- 75% refundable
Cancellations 72-24 hours prior to session start date- 50% refundable
Same day cancellation- no refund.
Sessions, or portions of sessions cancelled do to extreme and unsafe weather conditions (Unhealthy Air Quality, Extreme Heat Advisory, Lightening) shall not be issued refunds.
Any session cancelled or postponed by Welcome Table Farm for non weather events shall be eligible for full refund.
